The mere mention of sugar and food is depressing for me at this moment.
I've given up most sugary food/junk food for lent - chocolate, sweets, cake, icecream, oh and also crisps.
Yeah I know I'm mad but what's new.
I guess I'll just go and eat fruit and vegetables for the next 39 days....
